Coffee Barista’s Job description: This a position for friendly and out going individuals, who enjoy a fun and exciting environment. Responsible for serving coffee with a smile to the patrons of the Solid Rock Café and be able to make change. Time requirements: 4-6 hours/month Qualifications: previous experience would be great but training will be provided. Foundations class - graduate, attending or willing to sign up for next set of classes. MC/DJ Job description: This position will be filled by an outgoing and extroverted person. The person who fills this position will be the voice of the café, introducing acts, specials and spinning tunes. Qualifications: experience in public speaking, drama and a good sense of humour would be an asset. Foundations class - graduate, attending or willing to sign up for next set of classes. Greeters Job description: This is a position for a friendly and outgoing individual. Responsible for welcoming people into the Solid Rock Café Time requirements: 4 hours per month Qualifications: It would be advantageous to be an exhorter. Foundations class - graduate, attending or willing to sign up for next set of classes. Equipment Manager Job description: Responsible for the set-up/ take down and storage of Café equipment and props. Qualifications: Organizational ability with attention to detail would be an asset for this position. Foundations class - graduate, attending or willing to sign up for next set of classes. Gym Events Coordinator Job description: This person is responsible for the planning, organization and supervision of gym events and activities for the Solid Rock Café. Qualifications: A take charge personality who is able to come up with an idea and run with it. This person will work directly with Café planners. Foundations class - graduate, attending or willing to sign up for next set of classes.
